The 3rd and final gig of a busy weekend for Coyote Kings was Last Saturday when Tiphony, Robin & Special Guest saxophone player Michael Agidius played an acoustic set at Plumb Cellars. There was a bachelorette party in the house at the start of the show. They hung out for most of the first set and even danced to a song or two. Plumb was just a start on their evening tour of partying in Walla Walla so they finished their glasses of wine and left during intermission
By the time the second set began, every table inside was full and there were people sitting outside enjoying the evening air. It was the 2nd day of college spring break so I expected to have a larger than normal crowd, but I definitely didn’t expect as many younger people to enjoy our music. We played a few songs from Rocket that the crowd enjoyed including Shakin’ It and All Tangled Up.
It’s always nice playing our songs with different people because each song felt different as Michael played things a little different than on the CD but it was a very fun cap to an amazing week.
